Day 8....and a weigh in!

Today is Orange Pineapple

7.8 oz fresh pineapple (112 cal.)
4.8 oz orange (65 cal.)
1 scoop powder (80 cal.)
1/2 cup almond milk (45 cal.)
1 tsp coconut oil (40 cal.)
4 ice cubes

Total calories = 342



As far as the weigh-in....I'm down 4 pounds.  I have been pretty good at making sure not to change the rest of what I eat or make any changes in physical activity because I really want to see accurate results as to the effects the smoothies make.

  1. Yeah!!! 4lbs in 8 days is great! Where did you find your coconut oil, and how did you pick your protein powder? There are so many of them and I don't want to get in trouble for taking PED's. LOL!
