Day 5

Ok, so I have to admit that I'm pretty pumped about today's smoothie.....Strawberry Banana Nutella.  
It's not light on the calories but oh so worth it!!

3 large strawberries (18 cal.)
1/2 banana (53 cal.)
1/2 cup almond milk (45 cal.)
1 scoop protein powder (80 cal.)
1 tsp coconut oil (40 cal.)
2 tbsp Nutella (200 cal.)
3 ice cubes

Total calories = 436

I added a lot of the Nutella but I wanted to be sure that I could taste it, it worked!











This might be the best smoothie yet!!!

Oh, and for anyone wondering why I'm using coconut oil, you can read all about it's magical properties here.  It's nature's cure-all!
