Day 11...after a hiatus

So I had to take a hiatus....had people in town and a terrible hangover.  Back at it, today is Grape!

6 oz red seedless grapes (117 cal.)
1 scoop protein powder (80 cal.)
1/2 cup almond milk (45 cal.)
1/2 tsp coconut oil (20 cal.)
5 ice cubes

Total calories = 262

No picture since my cell phone has kicked the bucket and I'm waiting for the replacement.
